Project Manager

Buffercode Technologies is seeking a Project Manager with 2+ years of project management experience and a valid PMP certification. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and key stakeholders to drive project execution, manage risks, and ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes in a fast-paced technology environment.

• Represent the company in client meetings, stakeholder discussions, and project-related engagements in the absence of the Director, while maintaining strong professional relationships and ensuring effective communication.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables coordinate with development, QA, design, and business teams.
• Conduct site visits as required to monitor project progress, coordinate with teams, address operational challenges, and ensure successful project delivery. Willingness to travel for project and client requirements is essential.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and issues.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
